Convenient Onsite Covid Testing
Guests in any Condo Hotels Playa del Carmen property have the convenience of getting their travel require test at our new on site testing facility.
- Both Antigen and PCR tests available. Antigen tests are $48 usd and PCR tests are $155 usd. Credit cards and room charge are accepted for Condo Hotels Playa del Carmen guests.
- Certified local doctor to performs tests. Dr. Paulo Guiterrez
- Guest will be required to bring their passport, wear a mask and have their tempature checked prior to entering the facility.
- Coordinate test time with front desk reception or concierge staff.
- We ask guests to take the test 2 days prior to check out in the case a second test needs to be performed.
- If a test comes back positive, Condo Hotels Playa del Carmen will pay for the next test in the case of a false positive test result. The free test will ony performed in the case of no covid symptoms.
- In the case you do contract Covid, Condo Hotels Playa del Carmen will provide special discounted room rates for your stay until you can pass the test.
The Covid test is the sole responsability of the guest. Any delay or loss in travels due to late test results or missing documents will not be reimbursed.
